Board sessions @ 6am @ Avalon or Clareville depending on conditions Tuesday and Thursday and 7.30am Newport.

Congratulations to the Avalon Beach SLSC Masters who won medals at the recent 2009 NSW Endurance Championships at Cronulla Beach.
Chris McGuckin, Christine Hopton and Adriaan Van Der Wallen won Gold in their 5 kilometre board races. Virginia Head won Silver in the 1.5 kilometre swim and Bronze in the 8 kilometre ski. Nick Wood and Mike Stanley Jones also finished well.
